Act-Belong-Commit at Bonjour Perth Festival

Mental illness can affect anyone.

Act-Belong-Commit is a mental health promotion campaign that
encourages people to be more open about mental health issues by
inspiring people to engage in activities that strengthen their mental
well-being.
Act-Belong-Commit continues to grow in reach and impact as it helps
to change attitudes towards mental health and reducing stigma
towards mental illness.
The Act-Belong-Commit guidelines for positive mental health provide
a simple approach we can all adopt to become more mentally
healthy.

Bonjour Perth Festival is proud to join the program and offer some activities at the Festival to embrace the “Act-Belong-Commit” message.
